Agatha Newman, Director
Agatha Newman is a results-oriented public relations professional with well-rounded experience in both consumer and corporate communications. A believer in integrated, channel-agnostic solutions that engage audiences, create conversations and build communities, Agatha develops strategies and creative platforms that simultaneously leverage traditional and social media.
Agatha has worked at two of the largest public relations agencies, Weber Shandwick and Fleishman Hillard, for clients such as MasterCard International, ExxonMobil, Kraft, Energizer, CKE Restaurants, FURminator and the American Association of Orthodontists. She also has worked at a Fortune 500 company, Anheuser-Busch, where she led new product introductions, influencer-seeding events and overall brand communication management for some of the world's top-selling beers.
From working with celebrity moms and professional athletes to highlighting the positive impact wearing braces can have on one's self esteem, Agatha takes a thoughtful, well researched approached that works to integrate companies and brands into the Zeitgeist of our culture while also stymieing negative press.
Agatha is a native to St. Louis where she is an active community participant, serving as a volunteer
for STL Writing Studio and regularly teaching yoga as a certified teacher. Formerly, she also worked
as a freelance writer for several local publications including the award-winning food and lifestyle
magazine Sauce. She graduated magna cum laude from Saint Louis University and holds a bachelor's
degree in communication and a minor in marketing.
